This Christmas, we’re opening up exclusive private dinner bookings for a limited number of intimate gatherings and festive parties. Whether you're planning a cozy evening with close friends or a sophisticated celebration with family, Chef Alessandro will create a bespoke menu that turns your home into a fun dining experience. You’ll savor the full bounty of the Sicilian table—from crunchy bread and vibrant street-food-style antipasti, to a rich Palermitan timballo, delicate sarde a beccafico, silky caponata, and ricotta-filled desserts.

🍽 Custom Menu Options & Pricing

We offer flexible, tailor-made formats to suit your style and occasion:

• Buffet & Festive Bites – starting from $120 per guest
  Perfect for a lively, social evening with a wide variety of small plates and seasonal bites. Suitable for larger groups, max 20 people

• Family-Style Shared Feast – starting from $150 per guest
  Ideal for creating a warm, communal atmosphere with generous shared platters at the table. Suitable for smaller groups, max 10-12 people that can fit around a table.

• Plated Multi-Course Sit-Down Dinner – starting from $180 per guest
  For an elegant, fine dining experience with individually plated, beautifully presented courses. A detailed catering quote will be necessary to confirm this type of dinner prior to booking in order to accommodate all logistics involved.

Please note: We will create and send a custom quote to each of you after an initial phone/video call to reflect your needs, number of people, food preferences, necessity to rent additional plates and glasses, allergies, etc. Depending on the size of the group and the type of event required, we may need to hire extra staff to help with the service. Upon your confirmation, we’ll require a deposit to reserve your date.

Chef Alessandro will be in Vancouver for approximately three weeks only, from Nov 28 to December 21. This special window is the perfect time to gather your loved ones and celebrate the season with an unforgettable culinary experience.
