Dear Friends,

A little over a year ago, we embarked on an adventure in beautiful Sicily and what a year it has been! From the bustling streets of Palermo to the slopes of Mount Etna, we’ve tasted, explored and celebrated every inch of this island. We’ve had the privilege of sharing our passion for this magical place with many of you, and it’s time to reminisce on the journey and invite you to dream of the next.

Street food tours brought us face to face with Sicily’s most iconic dishes—panelle, arancini, and pani câ mèusa—served hot at markets brimming with life. Together, we strolled through streets layered with history, where Byzantine mosaics meet Arab domes, and drank wine bathing in golden sunsets on romantic rooftops. Cooking classes with Chef Alessandro in our villa turned simple ingredients into masterpieces; we learnt to make cannoli & fresh pasta by hand! We sailed the Ionian and Tyrrhenian Seas and stood on the volcanic slopes of Mt Etna, explored ancient towns where Greek theaters cling to cliffs and beauty seemed to be in endless supply. Visits to salt & cheese farms showed us the impressive skill of local artisans. From street food, to home cooking & Michelin star dining, every bite was a revelation!
